 When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and
now each time a comment is added I get four e-mails with the same comment.
Is there any way you can remove people from that service?

 Hi there! I realize this is kind of off-topic but I needed to ask.

Does operating a well-established blog such as yours require
a large amount of work? I am brand new to blogging
however I do write in my journal daily. I'd like to start
a blog so I can easily share my experience and thoughts
